EmployAbility Hub

EmployAbility Hub is an open and informative channel that delivers practical insights and resources for Employers regarding employing a person living with disability or someone with lived experience of the justice system.

If you’re an employer or a manager of a business, the EmployAbility Hub can assist you in improving workplace culture and addressing skills shortages.

The EmployAbility Hub aims to:

  • dismiss myths and show how hiring individuals with barriers can elevate your team.
  • enhance your business and positively impact your community presence.
  • offer a centralised location for employers to access useful resources, links to micro credential courses, and hear valuable insights from both employers and jobseekers.

Financial and Other Incentives

Reduce the costs of hiring new employees by employing an eligible job seeker through BUSY Ability.

There are a number of different subsidies your business may be eligible for that include wage subsidies of up to $10,000 and workplace modifications and other assistance for your new employee to help them thrive  in your team and in their new role.
