BUSY Health can provide support through your NDIS plan for a Capacity Building budget that provides workplace assessment or counselling to assist you to successfully engage or remain in employment. For example, participants who need employment-related counselling or significant support after a traumatic injury or worsening of an impairment.

Employment Support offers a range of services within the Core and Capacity Building budget categories. Through your NDIS plan we can help build an employment or career pathway plan that provides the support you need to fulfil your career goals, in whatever industry you choose. We can also support you in your workplace to remain in employment.

We deliver School Leaver Employment Support on the Gold Coast Queensland and Tweed region NSW as part of your NDIS plan. We take the time to support you to become confident and job ready, find a career pathway that suits your interests and skills, and provide long term support to ensure you are thriving in your career.

While some NDIS participants find enough support through their Disability Employment Services provider and/or through an employer’s reasonable workplace adjustment to successfully maintain work, others may need higher intensity support delivered in the workplace (sometimes daily) to enable them to maintain employment.
