ICON Training, situated in the heart of The Kitchens in Robina Town Cenre, is a hospitality training school that supports disadvantaged job seekers to find a career path in hospitality by offering traineeship positions at the training centre. The trainees then have opportunities to move into positions with the many restaurant connections at Robina and on the Gold Coast.

Recently, ICON Training pledged to partner with BUSY Ability as an Employ-Ability 100 organisation, dedicated to employing persons living with disability. ICON Training is a perfect ambassador for the campaign, their ethos is about empowering their participants with workplace skills and securing them employment in the hospitality industry.

Paul Morffew, Managing Director of ICON stated “BUSY and ICON have a great working relationship, we utilise each other’s strengths to get the best outcome for our students”.
